After 10 years as a residential salesperson, I realized that my interests and strengths are geared toward broker actiities, such as contract details, finding or negotiating solutions, agent and client advocacy, policy matters, compliance and professionalism. Also I discovered that partnering with talented agents, and helping them to develop their careers and create successful businesses is extremely rewarding. I opened my own, independent brokerage in 2006 with a vision of helping buyers, sellers and agents navigate the ever-changing process and a personal slogan of "you're different... so are we".
In 2010 I was introduced to the Weichert organization and was immediately attracted to the core values and business model that aligned with my own, as well as the global reach and proven tools and strategies that an affiliation would offer my agents and clients. We are proud to have been the first to bring The Weichert Difference to the CSRA, and work hard every day to maintain and spread the reputation of the Weichert name.
