About Marcie

Marcie quite simply “lives for smiles”. She has spent a lifetime caring for her family, their pets and the interests of clients and customers, all with a purpose of making them feel safe, comfortable and happy. The need to relocate locally or long distance to meet the changing needs of one’s family or job is very familiar to Marcie. She and her own family have made numerous moves, including 4 in just the past 8 years. They have had a wide range of experiences, both good and bad, and understand the value of an informed and committed agent in the buying and selling processes. Marcie believes in taking personal responsibility to ensure that all parties are working toward a smooth transaction, and prides herself on keeping current on matters that affect her customers. Marcie lives in Grovetown and says the key to managing her family of 6 (10 with the pets!) is organization. However, she credits the motto of “adapt and overcome” as essential to navigating the unexpected turns that life can bring. Her husband's career in the U.S. Army provided plenty of opportunity to embrace this motto through multiple moves, deployments and challenges. The philosophy certainly applies to real estate as well. The Partains have chosen the CSRA as their permanent home since their arrival in 2012, due to its happy medium atmosphere. Having lived in rural, small communities as well as large metropolitan areas, they appreciate the advantages of both environments. The combination of southern charm and access to amenities, including Fort Gordon, makes our area a great fit for them. Throughout her life Marcie has noted times when strangers have made her and her family feel protected. Whether it was a good Samaritan guiding her to safety during her travels, or a good agent helping them make another move, it’s a feeling that she remembers and strives to create in others. She not only makes a professional commitment to that result, but personally supports organizations that assist those who may struggle with feeling safe and happy, particularly veterans and those with mental health challenges. She is also a member of the office cooking team, Why Kurt Cooks, and joins in preparing meals each month for the guests of the local Ronald McDonald House to support its goal of “keeping families close”.
