About Tom
Tom's background in engineering gives him the unique ability to deal with the detail and accuracy associated with successful real estate transactions. His many years as a project manager give him the experience to manage the process from the start - with both buyers and sellers - through the negotiations, contracts and contingencies and all the way to the closing table. His commitment to fully representing clients allows them to complete the process with little disruption of their normal lives. Originally licensed in 2006, Tom has since earned his Broker's license, and works as an Associate Broker with our office. He has earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), and completed additional education in the handling of financially distressed properties. His training in using the latest technology to market property has earned him the RETS (Real Estate Technology Specialist) designation as well. Tom is a native of Arkansas, and graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Married for over 30 years, he is the proud father of two, and grandfather of four. Tom is active in the Augusta Sailing Club. As a full time REALTOR since 2009, Tom is readily available to handle your buying and selling needs, and looks forward to your call!
